To register for tests, proceed to the Skating Club of Huntsville’s EntryEeze site. Instructions for members and non-members are detailed below.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to have the tester’s correct USFS Member ID number and be sure that the membership is active and current.

Skating Club of Huntsville Member Registration:

  1. Log in to your EntryEeze membership account (same as you would to renew membership).
  2. Click on the “Test Sessions” tab in the top menu bar.
  3. Click the blue bar titled “Click Here to Register” for the test session. A page will pop up with the name associated with the USFS Member ID entered at login.
  4. Enter name of Dance Partner or Pairs Partner. If none, please don’t enter anything.
  5. Indicate the type of test requested: Standard, Skate United, Adult.
  6. Select the test discipline requested: Skating Skills, Singles, Dance, etc.  (In order to do that, click the “expand” down arrow next to the test discipline required). The tests offered will be listed. If the test level you require is not listed, that means that it is not offered in the current test session.
  7. Enter your coach information. (To do that, click the “expand” down arrow. Information required is the coach’s email, phone number and USFS Member ID. There is a search function which can be used to gather this information if you do not have it.)
  8. Review charges
  9. Enter payment information. Please verify that you have selected the correct test(s) before paying.

Non-Member Registration:

If you are not a member of the Skating Club of Huntsville, you will still access the Skating Club of Huntsville’s EntryEeze site. In the Upper left corner, you should see a blue box which states:

     Non Members
     Test Session Registration
     (for non-members only)

Please click on that option. It will take you to a page which will list the available test sessions (virtual and in-person) for the Skating Club of Huntsville. Click on the test session you are interested in.

The next screen will ask for information:

     Last name
     First Name
     Address, etc.

Important things in this step are your USFS Member ID and your home club.

IMPORTANT: HSSTA ASPIRE members do not pay an extra non-member charge. To avoid the extra non-member charge, type “ASPIRE” in the home club entry area. A drop-down list will appear, and you should select “HSSTA Aspire Program” in order to get the benefit of member test fee rates.

The remainder of the steps are the same as those for Members listed above.
